I also noticed while waiting at the pharmacy in tesco last night they have just started hiring tens machines. Hope that's of use to someone.

I got one of these from Boots about a month ago. It's a neat little pack and I found it quite useful.

These are great - I have used them for upper back and jaw pain and also during labour - it was a godsend.

I need new pads, not a new machine. But for this price it may be worth getting the whole thing!

This TENS machine is not suitable for use during labour

Thinking about one of these but can't find a voucher code anywhere anybody know of one I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction without actually posting the code itself as this is not allowed on this forum.

I note the warning messages posted earlier. For sporting injuries the TENS pain relief unit is excellent. I can recommend it for this application. It helped me to recover from sports injuries and avoid taking analgesics.

    Ben

This is the link to the Boots codes thread. Had a quick look, but there doesn't seem to be much luck with the posted codes recently

A reasonable deal but the quoted original price of £69.99 is heavily over the top. Already available at places like http://www.tens.co.uk/acatalog/TeNS_Drug_Free_Pain_Relief.html for £49.94

Actually, looking at it again, it's not quite the same machine - very similar though and no doubt the same OEM.

Remember that if your pain is as a result of a long term medical condition then you don't have to pay VAT on either the machine or the pads!
