Mortgage for 4 people

Just wondering if anyone can tell me which mortgage companys do a shared mortgage for 4 people?:confused:

  • Should not be a problem most lenders will allow up to 4 names on the mortgage deed.

    Are you wanting 4 incomes to be considered - if that is the case then there are not many that will do that.

    Quite a few lenders offer these.

    However they will normally only take the income of the two highest earners into account

    You will need to look at lenders that have got higher age limits as you are looking to buy with your parents, and you will need to look at that scenario carefully
