Only seen the first half so far, but this is a fantastic performance by Martin, probably his best yet.

I just hope the rest of the ITV1 audience finds this as compelling as I do.
  • I just wondered if applying to the Valuation Office & getting their verdict on banding is the last word on the matter?

I followed all the advice on your web site & compared neighbours valuations/home valuations compared to 1991 et etc & EVERYTHING pointed to the fact we were in the wrong band & have been since 1997.

The Valuer came round but his verdict was that we were in the correct band (about 18 months ago). I have kept all the correspondence.

Again, since then we have had conversations with neighbours/family etc who cannot believe we are in Band G & getting our Council Tax Bill this year has just reinforced that view.

Can we apply again for a revaluation (which seems pointless given the last verdict) or have we got a right of appeal & if so, to whom?

We are not doing this to get a back dated rebate - we just want to pay the same as our neighbours!
