Jody, thanks so much. I finally got mine today from Gravesend.:T It took MUCH persistence and denials of them ever keeping ANYTHING under the counter. Honestly, you'd think they paid for them out of their own wages:eek: If it hadnt been for your experience I wouldve believed them and given up.Ellie

Thank you Caterina
I went into Debenhams Southampton, the young girl looked under the counter and found four, looked at the coupon and said "that's all I need to do" thanked me and was very polite. No hastle at all. It smells really nice too !!0 -
firmly said 'NO' - never received any and wasn't aware of the freebie. Gee, you'd think Debenhams in Ayr would have had stock - there are'nt many in this part of Scotland...oh well0

I've done loads of these and never had a moment's trouble with any of the lovely ladies in my local Debenhams/John Lewis/whatever.
In any event, if internet printouts weren't acceptable, why would they put the voucher on the internet? Do they want you to take your laptop or PDA in, with the image on the screen? We also only have a monochrome printer in our office. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
