Has anyone had to return incorrectly sent items!!! I have over a month ago and they still havent sent the correct one, have sent many emails but all are being ignored!!!!!!!!!!

I did novelli. We phoned them and they sent the correct item within 2 days, before I'd arranged to return the incorrect item. I was pretty impressed. I should call again.
