    spent £10 on bottle of whisky for FIL (on special is Tesco) and 89p on a card.

    SAVED £60.00 as alliacne and leicester have written off all charges *woooooohoooooo*

    hope to spend nothing else but they day is still young!

    Well I spent £1.98 in Boots! A whole £1.02 less that I expected to spend. God bless value cotton wool :rotfl:

    And nothing else all day 'cos I'm heading straight home after work - the bread machine is on timer so I should have fresh pizza dough waiting for me.

    Wish I'd discovered MSE before I spent so much on takeaways!

    It has indeed been a NSD, won't be going out again today.
    Also it's been a good day, had a competition prize delivered & an email to say I'd won a CD also, saving the best until last, I've got an interview :j on Tuesday, for a school catering assistant position:j which if I get it would be ideal as fits in with the kids!!!! rubbish money, but a foot back on the employment ladder after having kids.

    I see you've got an interview too Rog2 - Good Luck to us both :T

    At last another NSD for me. At least that makes 2 this week - need these NSD's to keep up with all the spending BUT it does help me if I set my mind to not going out and spending. It's always the bars of chocolate that catch me out when I'm out and about!!:j
