where to buy a money tin.? any ideas

i want to get a money saving tin that holds a certain amount say £100 or £500 when completly full and you need to use a tin opener to open it,any ideas...thanks PP

    I got mine from Poundland. for £1 :p . The only trouble is I really really want to know how much money I've got in there, but if I open it I will spend it! Its quite heavy and I only put in £1 and £2 coins, also there is a £10 note in there from Xmas. I must pick it up and rattle it everyday!!

  • Why not have one that you don't know the amount of then it will be a nice surpise when you open it rather than knowing you have £100 etc. They had some tins in B & M that looked like they had a £20 note wrapped around it. Also there are some nice smaller ones in The Works (although our branch is closing down, don't know if it applies to all, I heard they were going into administration!!!)

    I have one that has a digital counter on the top. Funky.

    I got my boyfriend a big one, i cant remember how much it said it held but it was 3 figures. I bought it in BHS
