Nope, only my car which I needed for work (1997 mini cooper, worth around 2500!!)
I took the easy option of going into this. What do I do now?!?!?!
Thanks again
OK, take a look in my signature, where it says click "Here" click it, then contact one of the debt charities listed for further advice, maybe do it tomorrow.
In the meantime, you could post in the BR / IVA forum at the top of this thread, for further advice.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
Thanks - I will definitely do that tomorrow.
Question though - if I come out of my IVA would I be back to square one again, with the £35k debt? ? I'm not sure if I could do that!!! And as my credit rating is already stuffed, should I just stay where I am?!
Sorry for this!!!0 -
That's OK, I'm not an expert on where you stand with a fee paying company, the experts in the BR forum will be able to assist yoy more than me re pulling out.Sorry for this!!!
Just create a thread "Miss Sold IVA"????? then as k your question.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
