    OK, take a look in my signature, where it says click "Here" click it, then contact one of the debt charities listed for further advice, maybe do it tomorrow.

    In the meantime, you could post in the BR / IVA forum at the top of this thread, for further advice.

    Thanks - I will definitely do that tomorrow.

    Question though - if I come out of my IVA would I be back to square one again, with the £35k debt? ? I'm not sure if I could do that!!! And as my credit rating is already stuffed, should I just stay where I am?!
