Free store delivery is still set at a £20 minimum spend :(

I cannot understand why they set it up as free and are now charging for it.

Their loss, plenty of retailers out there who offer it for free- they will probably be getting my £ in future!

Store delivery was free when click & collect was first introduced on the New Look website. They then changed it to £20 minimum spend before Christmas and then the click & collect service was temporarily removed during busier times/over Christmas.

New Look probably noticed customers taking advantage of this free service and making very small orders to collect in store so set it at a minimum price. I don't blame New Look really. Boots have done exactly the same. That doesn't stop customers adding more items to their basket so the total is over £20 (free store collection) and returning unwanted items. Same goes for free home delivery on £45+ spend.
