Have you entered the code correctly? The first O is a letter and the last 0 is the number zero

I added a (cheap) pair of full price knickers and it worked!

I'm getting a browser warning that the security certificate of the new look site is not to be trusted. I get this in two diffferent browsers (ie8 and Google Chrome)

Is anyone else getting this?

I don't want to input my card details if there is something wrong with the site

It doesn't work on anything in the sale either. I bought sale things today and presented the voucher and the girl said it's not for sale items, and even scanned it and it deducted nothing. Ah well.

Don't forget there is a 25% off voucher in this weeks grazia magazine. I think it will still be available. That says it can be used on sale and full priced items.

You can't use it on sale items, I'm 99.9% sure it states this, and I used it on a non-sale and one sale item and it didnt take any money off for the sale item.
