has anyone tried ordering from the new look site since they changed it this week!? i cant get any orders through at all.....

customer service say its because the new site security settings are high and the details on my card statement have to be exactly the same as i am putting in on the site....which they are....rang my card supplier and they have said they are accepting the transactions but the new look site is refusing them.

and the outcome is.......if the site wont accept it then i will never be able to place an order with them again!!

I placed an order on Tuesday night, used my M&S mastercard and went through ok
Couldn't get any code to work though - but got cashback

The online codes are not active until the 9th April - 11th April.

The instore 20% off voucher is valid from today
