If it says the discount is applied then you should see the original cost then a few columns over, the reduction and then the new price.
Otherwise call the number under contact us.0 -

It seems to apply a discount once I have a certain amount in my basket which is a pain cos I only want one pair of shoes!! Boo!!

I've just added 3 items to my basket, a top, trousers and a pair of shoes, and the discount only came off on the top and trousers. It mustn't include footwear
