I spent nearly 3 weeks trying to get the old rate but to no avail. Don't think I'll bother this time as way too much hassle trying to speak to them. New rate would cost me an extra £2Kin interest over the 5 year term :mad:

no worries, you had me spitting my coffee out when i read it, i had to go and check as it is now between giraffe money and first direct as direct line whacked their rates up.
