Quick question.I have a friend who has a fixed rate mortgage. When he took on the loan he was earning a lot more than he is now.Quite how he ispaying it I have no idea.He wants to sell up but has severe exit penalties. My guess is he will try to change the mortage and then press on with selling.
I assume he will have difficulty finding a lender all be it for just(hopefully) a short time.

If he has severe exit penalties then these will be incurred by changing lender, deal or selling until the time where they end.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
