I went to pick up my samples at HoF at bluewater and the BA young lady there was really really helpful (I couldnt see her name tag though). She explained the whole thing to me i.e. how to use, how much the cream I should use and the effect and how to compare the skin before and after, etc.

Just a word of advise do not go to pick up at Boots in Bluewater since The BA seemed like had no idea and gave me only 1 sachet and that's it. Though I pointed out that it sated in the voucher that the samples should last 7 days and I should got 3 of them (Sereum, facial cream adn eye cream) but she kept saying that's the only sample she got so leave it or take it so I left it and went to House of Fraser instead nad I was really glad I did so :)

    Big thanks OP
