Not a bad spec at all for the price for a Tosh - could do with an extra 512mb RAM but otherwise it's got it all for a basic machine for everyday use.
(I know boatman has posted another machine which comes in at £350 as well - that is a higher spec, reflected in the money of course)
Ideal for professionals and general business use
Intel Pentium Dual Core T2130 1.86 GHz processor
512MB RAM, 60GB Hard Drive
In-built double layer DVD writer
15.4 inch widescreen WXGA display
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Edition
Extended 2 year warranty only £29.99 when bought as a bundle with this laptop (usually £82.23)
Claim the cash-back and bring the cost right down to only £274.98
Go via Quidco for even more money off... delivery is free anyway.

This looks a good offer, but it says you can only get the cashback if you buy it between 18th Feb - 18th March, yet all the other toshiba cashback offers mention 31st March, and so does the actual toshiba cashback site.
Do you think this might be a mistake cclonline have made? I may have to give them a phone tommorow0 -
Look here, its definitely til the 31st.

I bought a Toshiba notebook last year, and the cashback procedure was really easy, not at all fiddly and I received the cheque reasonably quickly too. Well worth it.Team Fishcake - Silly, strange, surreal and stupid original comedy0

It's been extended again - can anyone help me, I bought my laptop at the end of March (in the promo period) but when I go on the website to register, its been extended again to the end of April and it now says valid promo period is only 1st - 30th April! Even though elsewhere on the Toshiba site it says "18th Feb - 31st March , extended to 30th April".
So how do I register the laptop I bought at the end of March?
I can't find an email address anywhere to contact Toshiba. Also the support page has not proved useful for me.0 -
With respect to my above post, Ive found a solution (thankfully).
Apparently the registration site is still open (although it states otherwise) to those who purchased in March until their 7-day deadlines are up.0
