    Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has managed to get the £75 offer from Powergen for cavity wall insulation?

    I phoned powergen a couple of weeks ago, and they said they would arrange for a surveyor to come out, but then last week they called back and said my house was 'unsuitable' - because it's too old, without ever seeing it!

    The house definitely has cavity walls, so are they just trying to avoid having to subsidise the insulation?!

    Anybody received their free light bulbs. I order some for me and Mum a month ago and haven't received anything.

    If you look at some of the posts above yours, you will see that people have received these after about 5 or 6 weeks. ;)

    Update - recieved mine 26.09 so took well over a month. Nice ones though and good value :rotfl:
