That would explain a lot. The first one did come with the local free paper, but only in certain parts of the town, and days late.
The second one was not with the paper, just in store. Very interesting, we shall see if there is better organisation this time.

My local is large, but not an Extra. maybe your Tesco(s) is/are run differently. The fact that so many people, store staff and customers reported here, have never seen the leaflets, (yet this is the 3rd issue that I am aware of) tends to back up my observations. My guess is the offers will start Wed? and they seemed to have doubled the vouchers to 8 this time.

I think the ten Tescos i visited to obtain my stuff(and it was a lot), must be run differently then, whilst some ended up adopting a "1 per customer policy" (and variations of this), there was only 1 of these stores that didnt have Persil most of the time.....

On the last day I picked up 18 Persil and 22(I think) Robinsons, in one go....and there was still loads left.

In one of my stores I gave the SA some coupons...the next time i went in, she informed me she had to rip them up, as it was a sackable offence to take coupons...I heard this a few times from disgruntled staff who couldnt get coupons, as their stores didnt have them...

I must admit though, I used to travel away from the stores that had the leaflets, to stores that didnt, as they hadnt been warned to look out for "bulk coupon buyers", and it was much easier to buy in these stores.

If you think about the purpose of the leaflets.....Mr T had had a poor Christmas, and needed to bring people in to certain stores....if that was the case....what was the point of putting them in store?....as the customer was already there..so the idea of putting them inthe local paper is feasable, as that would bring the customers in.

As for Tesco not being to stand a 75% reduction.....I doubt whether Tesco is footing the bill.....theyll have told the suppliers of this, and TOLD them to sell it to them so as not to make a loss......although the cookies at 39p with a 59p coupon went wrong somewhere.....lol

While you are all looking for these 75%'s, u may be missing out on the Mums Choice booklet with 300 points in it....ive earned nearly 4000 points today...almost £160 in deals...for less than £6............
