Sorry, i'm still learning how this works and didn't realise people subscribe to this thread. (Prob going to get told off for responding to this - please be gentle with me though because i i didn't want it to look as though i haven't acknowledged your post!).

Sorry for answering here and not posting an alert!

IMS are complicated! You have a score based on how reliable you are at doing the jobs and reporting them on time, and a grading based on the quality of the work you submit. You are then grouped so the top dogs get first pick of the jobs, then it filters down to the ones with lower scores.

Just because someone else can see work in your area, it won't mean that you can because of the scoring system.

If haven't done much work for them, you need to take as much on as you can to build your score up, and as long as your reports are good, you'll be offered more work.
