I don't think so. The point of this thread is to alert everyone of a large release of jobs. It would be pointless alerting me (in the Midlands) to a job in Aberdeen or someone in Cornwall that there was a job in Cardiff!
So really, all alerts (if geographically tagged) should say "everywhere"...
