2 x mobile phone stores of the same brand at Lakeside Thurrock to be done today. If they're like the ones I did yesterday at Bluewater they're PAYG Broadband enquiries. If kids weren't at home I'd grab 'em myself!

Hi everyone I have just joined and have found the MS post interesting.
I am registered with a company - I will not say who but I have recently carried out 2 financial assignments on their behalf. But my query is: I do not appear to have been paid for the assignments. I did everything required ie complete online reports within the time expected; I didn't get any acknowledgement via email although my profile on the website had recorded they had been done.
Has anyone experienced this and if so did they just contact the company? These ms companies are so mysterious that it is sometimes difficult to contact them!
