Genius Air on QVC

Has anyone else been tempted by this latest gadget for keeping your fruit and veggies fresh for longer on QVC today? I'd be interested to know if anyone has actually tried it. It's a little battery operated ionic device that lives in your fridge. The difference between the 'with' and 'without' Genius Air looks amazing on TV (of course) and if I could just buy fruit and veg once a week I'd be saving so much on petrol... and I wouldn't have manky veg to throw out... and I would use rechargable batteries... someone stop me, please!

I bought one a while back and yes i'd say that there worth it, i find tomatoes, salady things pretty good

I bought one of these and after 12 months had passed, it stopped working, Lucky just over a week and QVC refunded us. But waiting for a replacement and god what a difference this makes. I honestly think this should be built into fridges. Without this, all things go rotten so quick and it has an alarm, so when the fridge is left open and the temp drops, it alarms until you shut the door. Worth every penny.
