10 Year Fixed Rate? Is it worth doing?
Comments
-
Me and my partner took out a 10yr fixed mortgage last yr 4.99% over a 35yr period with Leeds Building Society.
I was thinking recently it was a big mistake but looking at interest rates and tips from this site im glad we did.
I wish we could change to a 25yr as when the 10yr is up we will still have a 25yr mortgage but thats what we could afford at the time and still now.0 -
Like I posted in your own thread, just overpay when you can or save and at the 10 year point you then remortgage and you might be able to get into a 15 year term depending on your income and outgoings. Dont worry yourself. You are fine. Concentrate on saving, but still have some fun at life.0
