Not as cheap as above, but I got one in a box from Tesco with an optical mouse and various software reduced to £15 in the 'office' section.

Tesco Extra on the reduced shelving. Big green padded lappy bags. Maybe just in our local one.

A laptop bag from Acer for under £12, but only any good if you live near a branch of Morgan Computers, as postal charges are high.
