I don't know where you've got this idea that honesty equates to being mean to people.

As my old Nan - whose funeral I was at today - used to say:

"You catch more flies with honey than vinegar."

Posting on here is difficult the first few times, and if people are not met with kindness and friendliness they very soon stop posting. (I've seen it many, many times.)

It's hard for people to construe messages as helpful if they just seem "blamey", unfriendly in tone, and designed to make them feel bad.

I think you probably have a lot of useful analysis to offer, but you mix it up with some of your more controversial personal opinions and present it in what seems like a deliberately provocative and combative way.

People react negatively to this, and then you react negatively back, and so it goes on. :rolleyes:

To employ another old saying of my nans:

"Keep doing what you've always done only if you want to keep getting what you've always got."

I'm not suggesting you change the product hon, just the packaging.

I hope I haven't hurt your feelings, but logically, as someone who often suggests that other people should be doing things differently, I hope you'll appreciate my honesty on this subject.
