it's data protection, they cant take personal information from under-13s.

I dont have an Elizabeth Arden counter where I live Looks like a good freebie though!

might be worth mentioning it's a print-off voucher and you have to collect it yourself.

I printed off this voucher and took it to the Elizabeth Arden counter in my local Debenams (sp?) only to be told that this offer had expired 6 months ago!!

Please do not despair and if you have the voucher and live in a city with more than one EA counter, persevere. I managed to get my free mascara sample today at Boots Bromley. The SA confirmed that it is a 6 month old offer but I said it is still available on the Internet and she gave it to me!
