If my experience is anything to go by they are not that reliable. Myself and 3 others bought them at roughly the same time from B&Q. Although I was happy with the performance initially, within 6 weeks they had all been returned for refunds, 2 failed to suck and 2 failed to charge.

I wonder how many are still serving their owners?
