SVR v Tracker

Hi All
I am currently on the SVR (6.5)paying £437 pm , on a £57K Mortgage 18yrs remaining:o . I have been looking for a better deal (Tracker or Fixed ) .The issue is that i dont seem to be saving that much on these deals if you include the fees
.Is there anybody outthere that can give me a bit of advice on what product would suit my position:rolleyes: .
