  • Rileys are also offering free membership to many of their clubs. I've just joined and saved £5. Go to http://www.rileysltd.com/index.cfm/go/home.clubFinder and you check which ones are offering the free deal.

the 1-hours free play gives you "day membership" too.

Day membership allows you into the club but in order to play a table you have to pay, so wouldn't it be better to get the "free play"?

I think it must mean they have a covered area somewhere for smokers to go. Our local Rileys is lovely, clean air, clean toilets, modern lighting, and plenty of tables (pool and snookers ones that is). They also do table waiting service and make lovely cups of tea!! The poker tables are always packed and it always seems very friendly.

In our one, the smoking area is right out the back so the smoke doesn't even affect those people coming through the door like other places.

Try it out, they're really quite nice. ;)

  • Yes exactly it's illegal to smoke indoors anywhere now. I know it did allow smoking indoors in the Middlesbrough club but obviously they will all now have gone smoke free.
Just checked and my local club, now the Darlo club is offering a free year's membership.

I would love to take this offer up but my nearest Rileys is 224.8 miles away, so not really viable for me.

Bring sback some memories. We always used to head there after the pubs shut because it was the only place open all night...

Full of chav`s though waiting for a fight :) although recently it looks like they have had a makeover.

Is this valid for existing members or just for new members?
  • You can join online for any Rileys Club some have got free membership others have not.
So you could join a club that is offering the free membership and still use your local club. All you need to do is tell the staff which club you joined at or be online they will need to do a membership check at the club you joined. so confirm that the club you joined as processed your details before going to your local rileys.

You would also then be able to use your free hour voucher.
