Has anyone got this? Have seen these heavily promoted but seemed v. expensive and needs filters replacing etc. At £10, it might be worth a punt but only if it is a lot better than a sponge!0

I havent used one because at £20 they were far to expensive i thought. But i did notice on watching 'pimp my ride' one day that they used it on there cars to get them all shiny, so it must be pretty good if the trade are using them.
Shame I havent got a home bargains near me for £10 might of given it a go.0 -
These were available in my local Woolworths (Weston-super-Mare) at £7.98 this weekend and they had loads of them.Mr. Corleone is a man who insists on hearing bad news immediately0

We have one, although I haven't tried it myself. My other half, however, has, and now uses regularly on his company car - negates the need to "shammy" after washing, as it doesn't leave any water marks and its nice and shiny.
Does take a while to get used to it mind - you have to squirt with one hand and use a sponge with the other when you're getting the muck off.
a tenner is quite a good deal, as the refills are something like £4 each (and there are two I think).0 -
I've got one and use it all the time. You still need to wash it properly every 3-4 washes as this seems to sometimes leave a slight residue but other than that it's great!Do not speak- unless it improves on silence.0

these are currently 9.99 at Sainsburys....at least i think it was these as they were out of stock0

I've got one of these and rather amazingly, when you do the last stage, the water evaporates leaving no watermarks at all - something no amount of jetwash rinsing could ever do. Something to do with de-ionised water particles etc etc. Cheapest I ever saw was £20 so a bargain at a tenner.BE NICE - IT'S FREE!0

I've got one and they're very good actually...
A tenner is a bargain too
Anybody know if they're selling the replacement cartridges cheap too? (Normal rrp is £4.99)
Cheers

I agree with DaveT, to me it leaves a slight residue over time, thus i do wash mine with a proper wash wax every third or fourth time.
I'd imagine i'd get most use of mine over the winter when having a showroom shine isn't a priority just getting the car clean.
Also i'd imagine 'Pimp my ride' using them probably means they're getting paid to...0 -

i did think that but i love that show and i have only seen them using it the once, and they didnt show the flash name or anything, so i dont think it was product placement.0
