my partner wants to work in the mortgage industry he has defaults on his file and they are nearly 6 years old and will all be gone by july but in the post today i recieve two county court claim forms for 2 of the debt that were previously defaulted and they want 11k to not register them would he still be able to get a job at a broker or go on his own with a network if they register them will it stop him getting the jobs.

A firm would have to prove he is fit and proper. Having non repayment scars is a difficulty. Having CCJs would pretty much bar them.
Hey, this is the worst time ever to get into this industry - try talk him into becomming an organic food salesman, or selling German real estate as they are growth sectors! The days of easy money are long gone - it's gruelling guts all the way now.0 -
