Forgive me if I'm being stupid but has anyone just ordered the chair and got the CD Player free as it won't let me checkout with these 2 items only unless I spend more money. I'm guessing the CD player is only free when you spend over £50?

Just ordered this and a 50p item that I needed (hole punch and stapler set), then rang up for the free cd player. Will be here on monday at the latest! Brill!

My chair arrived today, so phoned CS to say that the CD player had not arrived, as it would not let me order it, so she is sending me one out today to arrive tomorrow.

Just rec an invoice through the post and I confirmed on my credit card statement, I rec free delivery so was only charged £11.74, what a result for a chair and a CD player.

My chair would not lock in the tilt position, I emailed CS and they have given me a refund and told me to keep the chair.

Like you, Ioscorpio, (as I posted on a similar thread) - I got told to keep both the Cream and Silver chair when they sent it by mistake (I ordered the Cream one) and I got a refund for the Silver one!

So I paid £17 for 2 chairs! Big up to Viking - excellent customer service IMHO :beer:
