Remortgaging advice

I am a 50 year young, single disabled woman, living off benefits. My mortgage is very small, £12000 with 5 years left to run. I want to raise some cash and as I am sitting on £200000 of equity, remortgaging seems he best way to go. Any advice?

Please list your incomes and then we might be able to help you. But the main aim of the game would be to ensure you are mortgage free by age 65.
Plus you are looking at increasing your monthly outgoing. You also risk your property if you increase the mortgage and then cannot repay.0
