MBNA Complaint

Folks, not sure how or whether to do this. Strictly speaking i'm not bothered about MBNA hassle. But i'm afraid their constant harrassment would become too much for some people.

Problem is: Despite being on a monthly agreement with them they continue to send letters & ring chasing additional payments. The agreement has been confirmed in writing etc... In January 08 I paid 2 payments as the caller claimed the 2nd payment would cover February - great. In February they still chased the monthly payment. I spoke with a 'supervisor'. I had apparently been 'misinformed', but confirmed that i didn't need to pay the February payment. Today (03/03/08) I recieved a call from them claiming i had been 'misinformed' and that I must pay the February payment. I was driving at the time & advised the caller that i couldn't speak & hung up. During January & February 08 I have also recieved 8 letters from MBNA, and in November I recieved 6 in a week all in different envelopes.

This can't be legal, and can only be described as harrassment. For the good of us DFWs who do i complain to?
