Nectar Points Warwick Castle Entry???

We've decided very last minute to go to Warwick Castle tomorrow. We're moving out of the area next week so probably won't get the chance to go anytime soon and we need a break from all the packing!
I've got 5000+ points on my nectar card so I can get 2 entrys with my points (so basically a free day out as DD is only 2). :beer:
The nectar website says;
I'm just a little concerned about turning up and what happens if 'the system isn't available'??? Knowing my luck this would happen to us, and we're only going there cause we have the points, with all the moving costs we can't really afford to spend £40 on a day out.
Has anyone else had the problem of getting there to be refused paying with points???
Thanks guys
Donna

Simply present your Nectar card at the ticket office and the cashier will swipe your card to automatically deduct the points from your account (subject to system availability).
