Two possible problems occur to me - if you are an international student, be careful you don't exceed 20 hours per week, which is normally the max on a student visa.
As far as fees are concerned, be careful again, as if you are struggling to pay them, you may also have trouble renewing your visa, should you need to do so....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

What about a bank from your own country - will they not lend to you?0
-
no.. in my country banks or governments do not support students abroad or even in the country..0

Could you not ask the University if you can pay that last 3k in installments from your wages, £250 a month for a year?Snootchie Bootchies!0
-

Looks like you will have to go home then, save the money come back at a later date to finish the course.0

Is there no hardship fund to which you could apply? what about your bank have you tried them?
Sounds like you'll need to budget, look at your phone charges and find a way to cut its cost, maybe switch to payg, rent and living expenses may need further trimming, failing that you may have to look for cash in hand workDebt Free!!!0
