Hi,
Our fixed Mortgage (4.75%) deal is coming to an end in June 08 but we are tied into Northern Rock until September or face a £6000 early repayment fee. My question is what will happen to our payments from July onwards. I fear that our monthly payments will go though the roof. What can we expect??
