nationwides excellent telephone banking grrrrrr

hi, apologies if this in in the wrong place but i couldnt find anywhere else suitable.

is anyone else having troubles with nationwides telephone banking service?

there is 3 people in my house that use (or at least try) this service, however its crap. i have to ring up enter my details time and time again only to be told 'i'm sorry the details you entered blah blah ballbag'

this is happening to all 3 of us, repeated calls trying to access account info. on average i'd say 1 in 10 times it goes through ok, its a pain in my !!!!. i even tried it off my mobile......... guess what............ yep incorrect details.

i reckon i should send them a bill for all my call charges, i've tried the 0845 number and the 01793 number, it never works on either line. am i doing something wrong or does nationwide jumble their numbers round to fool you ie 3 is really a 7..... i dunno. just !!!!es me off!
