Rainmac/ikkle87 - I had a feeling the two girl bands would be in the bottom two. I like Austin, all of the young girls, JLS and little Owen (sorry don't know how to spell his name) - what a cutie! Watching Frost tonight - my favourite!
Ikkle87 - fabulous cards, I don't know how you manage to make so many in one night, it takes me ages to make even one!
Brookeslay - I can't help you with card blanks. I normally buy A4 card and fold my own - it works out much cheaper. Papermill are good for A4 card. I get my cheap envelopes from Home Bargains. If you fold a piece of A4 in half that's an A5 card blank, if you cut the A4 in half and then fold that in half its A6 or C6 size card blank. Then there's a square card blank, I'm not sure of the exact dimensions, and a DL card blank which is a tall thin card, again I'm not sure of the dimensions.0 -
Thanks Mel (hope you dont mind me calling you mel), you can tell how long it took me by the background in my photos, the angel is light outside the window the others it is dark lol. Plus they are only basic as I have only been making cards for about a fortnight xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Ikkle87 - everybody calls me Mel, my Mum used to hate it and get really cross when they did! Your cards are a great start, they don't look basic at all. Some of my first attempts were awful, I still make some crap cards now! You seem to have a great eye for what colours go together.0

Hi all. Ickle fab cards :T :T my favorite is the first one Love the little pearls on it. How did you make it? Is the gold stamped on or is it a well matched paper?
I have been watching X Factor. I like the one from bolton cant think of her name in the girls group with long dark hair. I think the programme is more fun :j in the first few weeks when you get all the ones that really cant sing in the auditions. Did anyone watch Peter Kay's Britains got the pop factor on channel 4 last night? :rotfl: :rotfl: I nearly wet myself laughing at it :rotfl: :rotfl: and apparently the winner Geraldine, the song she did at the end has really been released today.
As pollys anniversary has been and gone I can post my card I made for her husband to give her but the one I made for them I cant as I forgot to take a picture of it. I will have to ask polly to do it for me when she has settled back in and done all her washing.:heart2::rotfl: :rotfl: :heart2:I LOVE A BARGIN:heart2: :rotfl: :rotfl:TIME TO START SHOPPING FOR NEXT CHRISTMAS:dance: I LOVE THE SALES!!!!!:dance:0 -

It's still gorgeous though Ikkle, I love the paper!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I'm getting more comfortable with stamping since I switched to clear stamps and mounted blocks - makes life much simpler, and I've got myself a couple of gorgeous alphabet sets to go with my clear blocks! In a better financial position than ever before (thank you MSE!). Moved back to Scotland and now trying to keep debt-free!0
