Here's my attempt at a non-standard shape card, didn't have much time and not terribly pleased with it but here you go...

It's a Xmas cracker, I know it isn't completely obvious which is why I'm not that happy with it, will I scrape through with my attempt Polly? :p

Fab cards Rusty!!! Love the fan, was it difficult? Looks difficult, did you use a template/pattern?

Welcome back by the way ;)

Thanks Rainmac. the fan was quite awkward. I got OH to scour the net for a fan template but the only one we could find was tiny so he then stole that and adjusted it all on Autocad which is an engineers drawing tool (not something I could ever use) and tada perfect ... on the back of the fan I have my templates still then on the front I just backed them with papermania papers which I got cheap from the craft shop. Not really that happy with it but as a first attempt it was ok and OH said it was good enough to enter so thought I would.

Oh and thanks ;) tis good to be back :D would have been back earlier but ,my littlest one had me up at 4:30am and I started ironing at 6am then proceeded to iron on and off all day! :(

I love the fan Rusty, I saw something similar for order of services a few weeks ago, was thinking of trying it myself for something a bit novel... On a scale of 1 - don't bother.. How easy was it to make?

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    1 - don't bother!

    :rotfl:

Nah it wasn't too bad to make Krystaltips I made the mistake of using card which was 2 thick which I think was the problem but I guess its not a complete disaster. Someone who is good at card making like yourself it would be a doddle to be honest. personally I won't bother with another one.
