    Hello everyone,
Well with this thread and the other craft thread I think I've found a new side to me!!! I'm addicted and I've started making cards already after reading this thread this morning!
We have a fab shop near by which sell lots of craft items, cards etc really cheap!
I've started a card for my dad's 50th bday and I'm wanting to put some writing at the top, but my writing isn't the best, can anyone offer advice I know I could type it and print it but I'm not sure it will have the same touch!
I promise to post a pic of the finished card!

From another new starter, I find that just buying an embellishment with words you want on it and sticking it on works a treat! The others will probably have much better ideas though :D

I print out personal greeting on card then cut them to size ink or embose the edges and mount them on contrasting board to match the card. It looks a bit nicer than peel offs and its cheaper...lol
Depending on what software you have you can even do them in graduated colours, curvy
Test the font size/style on a piece of paper first to make sure you have the right size for the card
