Bankruptcy Forms Question

Hello
Currently filling in BR forms & stuck on section 4 where u list the creds.
I had been in an IVA with Payplan. This has now failed & they sent me an up-to-date list of creds with balances, a/c nos, contact dets etc.
However, i noticed some of the creds have sold the debts on to other companies. On the forms do i list the original creds, a/c nos, contact dets etc or the dets of the new companies.
Thanks

Have you got a copy of the guidance notes on filling in the Statement of Affairs?
Link: http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/pdfs/forms/debtorsguidance.pdf
Although it doesn't mention it until the notes for Section 5, it still says:The address of the bank or supplier should be available from your last statement. Where the debt has been purchased or taken over by another firm provide the name of the original supplier, e.g. Barclaycard, but the name and address of the company which has taken over the debt collection.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
