SensiShield are currently sending out a survey to those that applied for this freebie last year (went into my spam folder) - if you complete it (quick and easy) you can choose one of four freebies from them (more sensitive toothpaste, breath spray, tongue cleanser or interdental wire-less brushes).

So check your spam folders: my email was just headed 'SensiShield'.

Yep, I received the survey too! It was pretty short and I applied for 1 from the choices of samples :beer:
