Does anyone know how I can get hold of some free children audio stories I can download onto a CD for my daughter to listen to at bedtime? I know you can download other stories but she is 3 and would love disney and fairy ones etc! Thank you

You can get 6 Free Disney books and bookrack here. 2 more books are sent out with the option to buy or return these two. The other 6 are yours to keep no matter what.
I sent 2 books back so I could get the 6 absolutely free for my niece and e-mailed them to ask to end my subscription. They e-mailed me back and said that they hadn’t received the books so seemed reluctant to end it. When they received the books they e-mailed me again saying they had received them and since then I’ve not heard anything from them.
Be sure to send the 2 books back as soon as you receive them, if you don’t want pay for these, or you may have complications.
You may have to pay 90p for 2nd class postage or more for 1st.0 -
:doh:Sorry quick on the mark once again. These are not audio. Oops.

This site is good http://www.audiobooksforfree.com/screen_main.asp?gg=2
That should take you to the childrens section I hope. Not sure how suitable they are for a 3yr old though but it does say fairytales in one catergory but they aren't known ones. Least I didnt know them.
The quality isnt ace but it is listenable.
Hope it helps.0 -
or buy the DVD edition of this months PC Pro ( issue 131 )
The DVD contains audio books of Alice Through the Looking Glass, Frankenstein (probably not good bed time listening ! ) and Gullivers Travels ....
..... none of which are suitable for a 3 year old, so maybe my post was a waste of time !0 -
On the front page (on my monitor anyway) this reads as 'where can I get free children'.
I am *so* disappointed. Are you sure you couldn't go a couple?
