Think this thread should of been named " how much you can save by raiding/ stealing/ acquiring money from DH/DP/OH wallet and or pockets"

It's definately how my collection of 20p is boosted:T

P.s What is this pigsback piggy bank?

if you become a member of pigsback on the www, you get points which 'win' you prizes. you have to sign up for things, and there are sometimes clicks that get you 5 piggy points a time.

if you google it, or search on this forum there is more info... (i've been a member for ages and just as i got to the point that i could get £5 of boots vouchers they put it up to £10, so to be honest i might just get a piggy bank:rolleyes:  )

    oh, yeah...

i gave in last night, and i now have £46.89 in my saving jar (i didn't have the heart to rmove the shrapnel that my neice had added, and it put my count up!!!!;) )

i,m really chuffed and think that i might put my target up to £100 as it seems to be going really well.

(although i have found myself asking for them in my change which could be considered cheating???)

  • Could I join please? I have a piggy bank thats gathering dust on the book shelf.

I collected change last year when I operated more in cash (rather than debit card).

    I collected 50p and 20p, Dad collected £2.

Oh, and we put coppers in a jar for my neice.

He is doing well with the £2 - has about £200 saved.

I had to raid the piggies when the car needed urgent repairs, had about £50 in 50p and 20p.

Anyway ... quick raid of the purse yields five 20p pieces. A cracking start :D
LBM November 2005: approx £32K

There is a thread somewhere re pigsback. Just join www.pigsback.com and collect your reward points when you have been with them for 10 days and have 375 points (i think) you can order a pigsback piggy. Its lovely - mines red and has its own key and everything. Its seethrough so you can see your savings grow!

I think ive gone on a bit about a piggybank - i need to get out more! Lol
