    Hi Susie...

    Well done, lots of progress made already in such a short space of time. One thing I've realised since being on this site is that it is in most cases 2 steps forward and one step back but as long as you're making little steps in the right direction, you'll get there in the end. Doesn't mean your 'dark days' are done and dusted but I've realised that to me, they seem less scary and I'm more accepting of them rather than giving myself a hard time over it.

    Keep up the good work... and change your name... you're not stupid!!
