    I am a champion at righting a capsized dinghy - what fun I had! not been allowed on a fullsize yacht yet but you can see why I need to increase my income... just like that song by Deacon Blue...

    one does need a new chefcome to think of it, the one that one has is very insubordiante and trys to insist he is entitled to have 1 day off a week. one cannot be dealing with this disloyalty,and one needs one's chef around at all times:D
