A&L recommend a friend

Dear MSE,
After reading about this promotion on your website I decided to recommend my husband to A&L. He applied for a current account using the link in the e-mail and followed all the eligibility criteria. A&L are now saying that vouchers needed to be filled in and these were sent out with the welcome pack.
No vouchers were ever received by my husband or myself and now A&L are saying I no longer qualify for the £40 each incentive. I feel as though A&L have delibrately made an error so that I would not qualify for this payment and I have made my feelings clear to A&L but they are failing to respond. I was hoping MSE would investigate this matter or at least warn other members about this stunt A&L are pulling.
