Sewing - how do I learn?
Comments

Well I managed last night, despite my non straight lines, to make a carrier bag holder from a tea towel. Not exactly adventurous I know, but hey, I did make it all by myself
I have old curtains that Mum donated to the cause, so I will try tonight to make a bag for something!!0 -
Yay, well done! A bag sounds good, hope it goes well.
Wish you were nearer, I have tons of scraps which I could have donated to the cause but alas you live over the sea
Happy Sewing

Hi arkonite babe, Re your quest for fabric shops. Coleraine has a great wee shop just opposite Poundstretchers beside the swimming pool. Lots of different fabrics - crafting and dressmaking. Once you get into your sewing you will find fabric shops highly addictive....0
