freezing pumpkin pie mix

Finally got round to making 2 pumpkin pies using a tin of Libby's Pumpkin which was bought in the uSA 2 years ago. I also added evap milk, sugar, spices, eggs etc. But I have some left over and wondered if it would be ok to freeze it. As it has evap milk in it I wondered if this would be a good idea, what do you reckon? Thanks

    i think that it would be fine to freeze - it may be easiest to freeze it as a whole pie in the pie case though?
